2) Start every stitched line by using
a Backstitch to ensure your thread does
not become undone.
Also, Clip threads as you go!
3) Use Notches to align your fabric/pattern
pieces
Notches are incisions made (with scissors) on the
edges of pattern to identify specific points.
eg. You might match a notch on the font to a notch
on the back panel so your leg patterns match

4) FUSE Interfacing to strengthen areas
(always trim this so it is slightly smaller
than the fabric piece)
